At the early years, 2001 we establish factory of thermal and insulation materials. These materials include ceramic fiber, rock wool. We have 15 production lines of ceramic fiber thread swinging types, 2 production lines of injection types, 5 semi-automatic production lines and 2 automatic production lines of standard types ceramic fiber blanket and board, 1 production line of light weight ceramic fiber blanket & board and wall fireproof board which are used in ship.
Ceramic fiber products mainly include ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber module, ceramic fiber paper, ceramic fiber rope, ceramic fiber cloth, ceramic fiber tape, and polycrystalline fiber etc. Size and density are customized according to client's requirements.
Rock wool products mainly include blanket, board, pipe. Size and density are customized according to client's requirements, aluminum foil cover is also customized.
The total capacity is 90 thousand tons per year of ceramic fiber materials. These products are selling well all over China and exported to many countries. Now we achieve high evaluation from customers.
Our company produces and sell insulation materials since 2001, with innovation and development of economic and society, in 2009, we started to invest to produce concrete water reducing admixture, named
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer and Naphthalene superplasticizer. We invest projects on R&D, after 2 years, we establish production line of polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCE mother liquid with capacity 30 thousand tons per year and Naphthalene superplasticizer 50 thousand tons per year.
In 2011, we start a new working team on technical service for concrete admixtures' clients. Now we have achieved lead-edge technologies such as polymerization of macromonomer, molecule designs, functionalization, compounding. Our staff are very skillful on technical questions of concrete admixtures. The products have stable quality and super performance to meet different customers' requirements of concrete projects. Concrete admixtures are widely used in concrete construction projects, national defense, power plant, water conservancy, railway, road, bridge, oil field etc.
